Untyped ("the app") is operated by Cronenka. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect and store your email address when you connect a Gmail or Outlook account. This is used to manage your free usage allowance, restore your account and address book after reinstall, and manage your subscription status. We also store a count of emails generated against your account.
Voice recordings are processed in real time and never stored on our servers. Audio is sent to Deepgram for transcription and immediately discarded. See Deepgram's Privacy Policy for details.
Email content is generated using Anthropic Claude and is never stored on our servers. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.
If you connect your Gmail account, we request permission only to send emails on your behalf. We never read, store, or access your inbox or existing emails. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
If you connect your Outlook account, we request permission only to send emails on your behalf using the Microsoft Graph Mail.Send scope. We never read, store, or access your inbox or existing emails. You can revoke access at any time from your Microsoft Account settings. See Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details.
If you save contacts to your in-app address book, those contacts (name and email address) are stored securely on our servers and linked to your account email. This allows your address book to be restored if you reinstall the app. You can delete individual contacts within the app, or request full deletion by contacting us.
We use Supabase to store your email address and a count of emails generated. This is used solely to manage free tier usage limits and subscription status. See Supabase's Privacy Policy for details.
The app uses the following third-party services: Deepgram (transcription), Anthropic Claude (email generation), Google Sign-In (authentication), Microsoft Identity Platform (Outlook authentication), Supabase (data storage), RevenueCat (subscription management), Sentry (crash reporting).
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights or request deletion of your account data, contact us at untypedapp@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
