By downloading or using Untyped — Voice to Email ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Untyped — Voice to Email is an application that allows you to record your voice and generate an AI-drafted email, sent via your connected Gmail or Outlook account, or an AI-formatted note for quick capture and sharing. The service is operated by Cronenka, based in Dublin, Ireland.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Untyped. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You sign in using your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account via OAuth. We do not store your password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and must not share it with others.
Untyped sends emails on your behalf using your connected Gmail or Outlook account. You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through the app. You must not use Untyped to send spam, unsolicited messages, illegal content, or anything that violates the terms of Gmail or Outlook.
When you connect a Gmail account, Untyped requests permission to send emails on your behalf. Untyped does not store, share, sell, or transmit your email content to any third party. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When you connect an Outlook account, Untyped requests permission to send emails on your behalf via the Microsoft Graph Mail.Send scope. Untyped does not store, share, sell, or transmit your email content to any third party. You can revoke access at any time from your Microsoft Account settings at account.microsoft.com/privacy.
The Free plan includes 15 emails. The Pro plan is available as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase at the listed price. Pro subscribers get access to additional features including Voice to Note and premium templates. Subscriptions and purchases are managed through Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) and are subject to their respective billing and refund policies. We do not offer refunds outside of what Google Play or the Apple App Store provides.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period, at the price of the selected plan. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Emails are drafted using AI (Claude by Anthropic). The output is a suggestion based on your voice input. We do not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or suitability of AI-generated content. You should review emails before sending.
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Your voice recordings are processed to generate transcripts and are not stored after processing. Your emails are never stored or read by us — we only send on your behalf.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app, use the app to harass, threaten, or harm others, or circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements.
We aim to keep Untyped available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untyped and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
